Custom designed thumbscrew and spacer to fit Ian Golds tripods.
Allows you to easily tighten down your head bar with cold or wet hands and greatly reduces the amount of wobble compared to the original part.
Can be used with the thumbscrew mounted either above or below the leg.
Includes custom spacer and 45mm stainless bolt.

I have a Shakespeare salter tripod and they do make a great difference being a lot bigger easier to grip I had to modify one of them I had to put a M5 thread to make it into a bolt if like to fit the bottom arm of the tripod the top one fitted ok
Might be an idea to look at making a bolt type as well as a nut type
These up graded thumb screws are absolutely brilliant,Ihave problems withmy fingers on a good day,I can hold these with so much more confidence, a brilliant pieceof kit.
