SHIPPING AND RETURNS

PACKAGING
As of 20.01.25 all orders where possible will be shipped securely packed in plain tissue paper to cut down on the number of single use plastic bags.

If the order is for a gift or you would prefer the item packed in "retail packaging"
please make a note of this on the order page when when checking out or contact us

ORDER PROCESSING
We aim to ship same or next day but please allow up to 48hrs for dispatch.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We now offer shipping to European addresses in addition to the UK.

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

 

UK ORDERS

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, unless otherwise specified.


  • General Items £3.00 (updated June 26)
  • Oversized items (e.g., 1 m trace bars) are sent using alternative services, which may vary.

Shipping is automatically combined and calculated at checkout.


REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

 

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Refunds will be issued for the full order amount, excluding return shipping costs.

Any faulty items are covered for replacement for a minimum of one year.

If your item arrives damaged, please email us at anglexshop@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
