Do I need any tools to install this? No — just an alcohol wipe (supplied) to clean the bar before applying the VHB tape.

Can I remove and reposition it? The VHB tape is designed for a strong, permanent bond, so it's best to be sure of your size and position before fitting.

Trace bar that directly attaches to any existing double head tripod via the head bar — letting you hang rigs from the highest point of the tripod, while being an ultra lightweight, compact and cost effective alternative to a dedicated trace bar.

Available in either single or double sided (for reversible cups such as Golds originals) and in multiple sizes for different tripods.

Made from an extremely durable, hard wearing, UV stable plastic and supplied with 3M VHB tape for attachment.

When installing, use the provided alcohol wipe to clean the aluminium bar — we find a hook point is the best method for removing the red backing film from the VHB tape.

Built to last. Despite the many small teeth that usually break off this style of comb, we've yet to hear of one break in two years of testing out on the beach.
