Our continental heads where originally designed for use with modern three piece continental rods but also work perfectly with standard two piece rods up to around 25mm diameter.
High sided for total rod security with a dedicated line channel allowing line to flow freely through the rest.
Built in rig clip to the side of the head.
Unique central head on three rod option allows the use of either a single rod or a pair to be used without having to mount the double head lower down the leg.
Available as heads only or the option of two or three of our continental rod rest heads mounted on a 14" high grade aluminium bar which includes a 316 stainless bolt and custom thumbscrew, available with or without an included trace bar.
The central head allows the option of fishing as you would with a single head tripod when match fishing, or the two or even three heads ready to go if it's a pleasure session.
Two sizes available. Small - 16mm and medium 20mm.
We recommend the small for lighter true continental rods with butt diameters up to 21mm and the medium for the more "UK style" 3 piece continentals and standard two piece beach rods with thicker butt sections.

after seeing the Saltwater Angler using some ANGLEX tripod accesories i decided to give them a try, really sturdy 3d printing, all really well finished plenty of trace hanger notches and the absolute winner is the replacement thumb screw, if you have any issues with manual dexterity like meyou may have struggled with the fiddly little locking screw that comes with your tripod, the screws that ANGLEX produce are strong and easy to use.
